Information regarding billing terms and conditions including payment methods, adjustments, order verification, currency, taxes and security.

CREDIT CARDS

This Site currently uses Shopify Payments to process credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and more as detailed on the payment screen. For all orders placed via credit or debit card payment is deducted at the time of order placement. 

PAYMENT PROVIDERS

This Site also accepts payment via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Afterpay. For all orders placed via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay, payment is deducted at the time of order placement. For Shop Pay Installments and Afterpay, payments will be made to Shop Pay and Afterpay and your installments will be managed with each respected company and its' processes.

STORE CREDIT

We also accept store credit/gift cards for all purchases. We use e-gift cards to issue store credit as payment. Each e-gift card carries a unique code you can enter at checkout to redeem your credit. Store credit never expires and can also be used in conjunction with all discounts, promotions and sales.

PAYMENT FAILURE AND ADJUSTMENTS 

If payment for your order fails, your order will not be processed. You must re-place your order with a functioning payment method. The order must be paid in full prior to any shipment or delivery of products. If any payment adjustments are needed, you will be invoiced for remaining balance, or refunded for price differences prior to order shipment.

ORDER VERIFICATION

All orders may be subject to payment verification so we can help to protect our customers. If there are any issues with payment authorization, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted so we can resolve this for you asap.

CURRENCY

We sell to countries and regions worldwide! You can view prices, pay for orders at checkout, and receive refunds in your local currency. There are some limitations and special cases in which we may have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, payment conversion is handled by your bank or credit card issuer.

SALES TAX

Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout once shipping details are confirmed. The final tax amount will be shown to you to review prior to submitting your payment.
