All orders are processed within 1 business day (M-F) and are then shipped. Processing time can take up to 3 days when we are experiencing a higher than normal sales volume. The shipping table below does NOT include processing time. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Once orders have been processed, we cannot change your shipping method or address. Please be sure to enter in the correct information desired and let us know ASAP if you have made a mistake and we will do our best to accommodate.
We ship each business day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm CT are processed the following business day. Shipping times are estimates provided by each mail carrier. These are not guarantees.
Once packages have been shipped and are with postal services, we are not liable for any delays in shipping. Please contact the mail carrier with your tracking number for any delay and delivery inquiries.
We are not liable for orders marked as delivered but not received, due to incorrect address, loss/theft, or failure to collect. Shipment tracking can be up to 24 hours delayed due to the postal tracking systems.
*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATES (updated 5/31): We recommend using UPS to ship internationally to ensure packages arrive safely and on time. For shipments to China and Mexico, USPS is temporarily not being accepted due to delivery issues. USPS is currently not delivering to Australia - please select a UPS shipping method. Thank you!
USPS First Class International Mail shipments are NOT guaranteed full tracking - they are only tracked from time of ship date to when the parcel leaves the United States.
Once it has reached your country, we are not liable for tracking of delivery. Packages are delivered by your local postal system. If you experience delays, please contact your local postal service with your "customs" (tracking) number. Delays can often occur due to each country's customs process.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES MAY APPLY with international orders. Unfortunately these fees are determined by each country's customs policies. We are not liable for these fees or any delay/holding of packages in customs.
