- Once packages have been shipped and are with postal services, we are not liable for any delays in shipping.
- Shipping times are estimates provided by each mail carrier. These are not guarantees.
- Once orders have been processed, we cannot change your shipping method or address. Please be sure to enter in the correct information desired and let us know ASAP if you have made a mistake.
- We are not liable for orders marked as delivered but not received, due to incorrect address, loss/theft, or failure to collect.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to your shipment tracking.
- If you have any trouble locating your shipping confirmation, please check your spam and promotions folder.
- Tracking provided can be up to 24 hours delayed due to the postal tracking systems.
- USPS First Class International Mail shipments are NOT guaranteed full tracking - they are only tracked from time of ship date to when the parcel leaves the United States. Once it has reached your country, we are not liable for tracking of delivery. Packages are delivered by your local postal system.
- If you experience delays, please contact your local postal service with your "customs" (tracking) number. Delays can often occur due to each country's customs process.
- CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES MAY APPLY with international orders. Unfortunately these fees are out of our control and determined by each country's customs policies. We are not liable for these fees or any delay/holding of packages in customs.
- Customs delays can occur - this is out of our control and up to each country's customs office to release the shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from returns due to refusal at customs.
