RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept new, unworn items with tags and liners attached within 21 days of initial purchase. Please see below for steps to return or exchange:

1. Visit our Returns Portal

2. Enter your order number and email address to start

3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

4. Once your request is approved, you will receive directions for return shipping or a return label (depending on selected return method)

- Regular priced (non sale) items within 21 days of initial purchase

- Must be in unused and new condition. Please see below "non-refundable" information for further details

- Return in the original packaging with all the tags and liners intact

The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards

- Worn items. Please try on your bikinis with undergarments! We cannot accept worn bikinis due to hygiene protocols, even if it's just a try on

- Customer damaged items including: deodorant marks, residue, fluids, oils, pilling, pulls/snags etc

- All items marked as SALE or under the SALE shopping category

- Route Package Protection/other Route services. These are services ensuring your shipment arrives to you safely and is therefore non-refundable

- Returns must be in the same condition you received them in

If the purchased product is faulty, please select "damaged" under "return reason" and follow the steps provided in the portal.

Yes! To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. We offer exchanges for colors, sizes, and styles of equal value.

We also offer instant exchanges if you'd like to receive your new item asap! Returned items for instant exchanges must be sent back to us within 14 days or the card on hold will be charged.

Exchanges are FREE - the prepaid return label fee of $10 will be waived for all US exchanges.

The following refund options are supported:

- Refund to the original payment method used on your order

- Refund to store credit - Includes FREE return shipping. Prepaid label fees of $10 will be waived for store credit returns

- Exchange/Instant Exchange for a new item

First, please submit your returns request through our Returns Portal. You will enter your email address and Order Number received via email. Below are two options provided to ship back your return.

1. Ship with a returns label:

This method is currently only provided for U.S. customers. For this method, you have the option to choose a prepaid shipping label or a QR code. A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund. For store credit returns or exchanges, your $10 fee will be waived. Please follow the instructions provided in the portal.

2. Ship with any courier of your choice:

This method is used for all International orders. This option allows you to purchase any return shipping method of your choice. You will receive instructions for this method in our Returns Portal.

Please drop off/ship returns within 10 days of receiving return shipping instructions.

Please allow for up to 10 business days for your return to be reviewed once arrived. Once the return is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a refund notification via email. If we have any issues accepting your return, you will be contacted via email.

Please allow for up to 10 business days after your package is marked as delivered to our facility for your return to be processed. Once your return is reviewed and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed to your choice of refund.

For returns to original form of payment, your refund should show up in your account within 5-10 working days after approval, depending on your bank. If a store credit is selected, you will receive an e-gift card upon return approval.

If packages are lost in transit, we are not liable to refund. Please be sure to purchase Route Package Protection at checkout.

All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for all return shipping.

Any items returned, not abiding by our terms will be refused and sent back to the customer. You will be contacted via email with next steps regarding rejected items.
